Message: I went in for a wheel alignment. I asked if I could speak to the mechanic. No problem. I went in and saw the car on the lift with the alignment apparatus installed (serious equipment) and the digital readout displaying the "before" measurements. I understand these measurements and was pleased to be shown them. When the work was done, I rerceived a comprehensive printout of the results, before and after. Very professional. I also wanted to briefly see something about the rear anti-rollbar links while the car was up on the lift. Again, no problem. Thank you.
